Once the stars leave the Met Gala at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, it’s time for the after party. The party after the Costume Institute ball is another important fashion event. Some celebrities managed to change clothes and looked much hotter than on the red carpet. 

For example, Hailey Bieber, who chose a white silk slip dress from the Saint Laurent collection for the ball, and then went to rest in ultra-short leather shorts and a rhinestone bra. From above, the star threw on a black jacket. Red high-heeled sandals and black sunglasses completed the look. 

But Bella Hadid changed one black outfit to another. Only the second bow of the model has become more outspoken. The star wore a corset with lacing at the back and a very deep neckline, and her chest was covered only by tiny embroidered flowers that were connected to a choker. Stockings, heeled sandals, a bag and large earrings and bracelets completed the outfit.

Celebrity stylist Miranda Holder says nude fashion has never been out of style, but the past few years’ events have pushed it into the mainstream.

Whether it’s full wet or body, nude clothing comes in all shapes and is designed to get engagement, she says.

It became more prevalent in the late 1990’s and was used as a shock tactic to generate headlines. But, as an audience at home, we’ve almost been annoyed by celebrities who have more or less meat.

These days, all of us, including stars, are falling for ourselves to observe the afterlife epidemic and this can be seen after last night’s party dress selection.
