Sofia Vergara made it a family affair when she attended her television step-granddaughter, Sarah Hyland’s weekend nuptials to Bachelor in Paradise bartender Wells Adams.

Sofia’s Instagram feed was full of documentation for the big event and featured a very handsome date: her son, Manolo Vergara.

Sofia rocked a gorgeous gown with a plunging neckline in a black and white gown. The gorgeous dress was sleeveless with thick straps and a ruffling feature on one shoulder.

Sofia wore matte lipstick, smoky eye shadow and her light brown hair in a sleek straight style. She put her sunglasses on later to reveal oval shades with animal print frames.

The wedding was a Modern Family reunion of sorts… keep reading to learn who attended Sarah Hyland’s big day!

People confirmed that Wells and Sarah made it official on Saturday with an outdoor ceremony at Sunstone Winery near Santa Barbara.

There were a few Modern Family cast members in attendance. Television’s highest-paid actress for many years was in attendance, as was Jesse Tyler Ferguson with his husband, Justin Mikita.

Nolan Gould, who played Sarah’s little brother Luke also attended and took photos with Uncle Mitch and Gloria Pritchett.

Sarah’s television mother, Julie Bowen also watched the vows.

Jesse Tyler Ferguson commented on the photo booth shot, and apparently, he wasn’t a fan of his image.

He wrote, “Everyone looks terrible or is hidden except you and Justin. I wish you two a long happy life together.”

Meanwhile, Jesse’s husband Justin wrote, “Love you.”

It doesn’t appear that Eric Stonestreet, Ed O’Neill, Ty Burrell, or Rico Rodriguez attended.

Sarah Hyland’s journey down the aisle with Wells Adams

Sarah finally said, “I do,” to Wells Adams after several delays.

Wells and Sarah interacted publicly on Twitter in 2017 with some flirty tweets.

The exchange ended with Wells sharing a winking GIF, and the rest is history.

A few months later, Wells and Sarah celebrated Halloween in couples’ costumes.

Wells proposed to Sarah in 2019 and she accepted.

The engaged couple chose 2020 for their wedding date, but a global pandemic got in the way.

Wells told PEOPLE, “We were supposed to get married obviously last year, that didn’t happen. We were supposed to get married this year, that didn’t happen.”

He continued, “So now we are hoping next year, or we’re gonna go to Vegas, or the courthouse, I don’t know — well, we’re not going to do those last two things, but I don’t know. 2022 has got to be our year, right?!”

And Wells was right — 2022 was the year that Sarah and Wells made it official.
