Netflix has set the premiere date for dark comedy series Beef starring Steven Yeun and Ali Wong for April 6. The series follows the aftermath of a road rage incident between two strangers. Danny Cho, a failing contractor with a chip on his shoulder, goes head-to-head with Amy Lau, a self-made entrepreneur with a picturesque life. The increasing stakes of their feud unravel their lives and relationships in this darkly comedic and deeply moving series. 

Peacock has renewed Paris in Love for a second season. The series follows Paris Hilton, her husband Carter Reum and their new baby boy. Paris Hilton is taking the next step to grow her family. After tying the knot a year ago with successful venture capitalist, Carter Reum, Paris is enjoying motherhood while continuing to find her own voice and balance the demands of the industry she pioneered. The season will premiere in 2023. 

Season two of Sex/Life premieres on Netflix March 2. The series tells the story of a love triangle between a woman, her husband, and her past that takes a provocative new look at female identity and desire. In the new season, Billie navigates new challenges – and fresh desires – as she lusts after the life she wants. But will she be able to have it all? 

Queens Court will premiere on Peacock March 16. Love and happiness aren’t always a guarantee – and for many women in the public eye, finding a man who can handle her success, fame, and fortune can make things even more complicated. With Queens Court, mega producer Will Packer brings together 3 famous, single women for an epic new dating series starring Tamar Braxton, Evelyn Lozada, and Nivea. Hollywood power couple Holly Robinson Peete and Rodney Peete host the 10-episode series, guiding the Queens through the ups and downs of dating 21 confident and successful prospective suitors while the Queens develop a sisterhood supporting each other on their quests to find a King fit for a Queen. 

Moonshine premieres on Amazon Freevee March 10. The dramedy series tells the story of the Finley-Cullens, a dysfunctional family of adult half-siblings battling to take control over the family business.

The BBC has renewed Call the Midwife for two more seasons. With series 14 and 15, it means that the series will now be on air until 2026, with series 13 commencing filming in the spring. Always facing tough medical and social issues head on, the current series has been praised for its handling of important topics such as domestic abuse, mental health problems and racism. 

An animated Barney series will begin airing in 2024. The preschool TV series from Mattel will include films, youtube videos, and products aimed at kids. 

Amazon Freevee has ordered Monumental: An Artists Den Experience. Premiering March 31 with Ellie Goulding at Kew Gardens, each episode presents a dynamic performance, exclusive interviews, and venue vignettes with a featured popular recording artist. Taking location and storytelling to their apexes, the program creates unforgettable concert experiences at the most iconic locations in the world. Each hour-long special dives deep into the design, creativity, and ambition of these important music events and venues, telling the unique story of each featured artist and highlighting their connection to the location. The show presents an intimate, reimagined performance with an artist, including interviews, behind-the-scenes footage, and venue vignettes. The locations are epic in scale, history, and design, and are jaw-droppingly beautiful. Settings are chosen for their visual and emotional impact on the artist and their fans.

NBC has ordered a new comedy pilot titled Non-Evil Twin. The multicamera comedy series follows a woman forced to step in to her sister’s role as the leader of a Fortune 500 company despite knowing little about business and even less about the way her sister has been running the corporation. Amber Ruffin will star in the pilot. 

A second season of Velma is in the works at HBO Max. The Chairman and CEO of Warner Bros. Television Group, Channing Dungey, confirmed the news. 

All five seasons of Arrested Development will be leaving Netflix March 15. The first three seasons aired on Fox, while the fourth and fifth were made for Netflix. 

Derek Jeter has joined Fox Sports as a part of MLB on Fox. The former Yankee Captain will begin with the upcoming 2023 MLB season. 

The remaining six episodes of HBO’s The Nevers will begin streaming on Tubi February 14. Episodes 7, 8, and 9 will stream on the 14th, while 10, 11, and 12 will stream February 15. 

Discovery Family Channel’s Hanni and the Wild Woods will premiere in April. The series about appreciating nature and teaches kids about the wonderful world surrounding us. Each episode is filled with original music and themes about helping animals, insects, plants, and the importance of nature conservation. Hanni is the leader of the Forest Friends, who cares deeply about everyone and wants her friends in the Wild Woods to live in harmony. While Hanni and the Forest Friends are having fun, these beautifully animated characters are stewards of the environment, and encourage the audience to learn and do their part in helping protect our planet. 

More Lycoris Recoil is in the works. The anime series aired its first season in 2022. No word on the type of project is in the works, whether it be a new series, film or special.
