In darts’ darkest days, when it was being ridiculed on Not The Nine O’Clock News and desperate to shake off its dowdy reputation, they’d have been absolutely thrilled to know that in the future it would now be so well-regarded there’s a round on it on Mastermind, and in the semi-finals to boot. Actually to explain all the fall-outs and bust-ups in the world of darts over the years would be worthy of a Mastermind themselves, but specifically the round is about the PDC darts which is, for the uninitiated, the one with all the people you’ve heard of. Also under discussion is a sitcom we’ve always been very fond of, Parks and Recreation.
